CONSENT:
1. Approve payment of invoices.
2. Approve payment of Invoice No. 5474 in the amount of $5,600.00 to AK Associates for Exacom Support for 2012. (E911 grant)
3. Approve payment of Invoice No. 5351 in the amount of $6,876.00 to Shad Sanders Painting, Inc. for FINAL payment for the Courthouse painting project.
4. Approve payment of Invoice No. 11849 in the amount of $13,626.00 to Suwannee Glass, Inc. for Draw #2 for replacement of windows at Coliseum.
5. Approve payment of Invoice No. 11055-03 in the amount of $11,365.00 to GTC Design Group, LLC for engineering services for the Coliseum HVAC project.
6. Approval to purchase Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 12 & 13, Block 6, Town of Branford, in the amount of $23,060.42.
7. Approval of agreement with Leon McLeod, in the amount of $162.00 per month, for lease of Hangar “B-7” at Suwannee County Airport.
8. Approval of agreement with Lavern Mast, in the amount of $162.00 per month, for lease of Hangar “C-6” at Suwannee County Airport.
9. Approval to piggyback LifeScan Services contract with the City of Jacksonville in the amount of $20,000.00 for Public Safety Annual Physicals for Suwannee County Fire Rescue.
10. Approval of renewal of Subterranean Termite Treatment Contract and Limited Warranty with Live Oak Pest Control, in the annual amount of $67.20, for the Supervisor of Elections Office.

11. At 4:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, open bids, for Custodial Supplies. (Bid Solicitation No. 2011-32) (Joe Gerrity, County Coordinator)
12. At 5:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, presentation of check in the amount of $20,000 to the Board of County Commissioners for ambulance provided to Dowling Park Fire Rescue. (Craig Carter, President – Advent Christian Village)
