3. Approval of the July 12th Regular Council meeting minutes and the July 25st special called Council meeting minutes.

4. Mayor Garth R. Nobles, Jr. – Matters of the City

1. Presentation of proclamation declaring the third Friday of January as Arbor Day in the City of Live Oak

2. Recommend for consideration - approval of Section 11 & 12 of the City Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual.

3. Recommend for consideration - approval of Resolution 11-12 designating CRA funds as matching funds for the historical grant in aid for “Old City Hall”

4. Recommend appointment of Jennings Bunn to serve on the Board of the Suwannee County Historical Commission

5. Recommend the reappointment of Mrs. Pat Slaughter to serve on the Board of the Suwannee County Historical Commission

6. Recommend the appointment of Lougene Jernigan to serve as a Board member on the Live Oak Planning and Zoning Board until August 8, 2013 completing the term David DeLoach’s seat #6

7. Recommend the reappointment of Mr. B. W. Helvenston to serve as a Board member on the Live Oak Planning and Zoning Board for a term of three years ending August 8, 2014

5. Mr. John Gill – City Clerk

1. First reading of Ordinance 1299 providing for the annual salary of the City Clerk.

6. Mr. Robert Farley – City Administrator

1. Status Report from the Public Works Director (Whitman).
