More than 100 people gathered on the grounds of South Hamilton Elementary School in White Springs on Monday, Jan. 16 to honor the late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with songs and prayer.
The new gazebo park across the street from the school was also dedicated during this memorial celebration to the late John Henry Graham, the first African American mayor of White Springs. The Sun Rise Community Choir sang several songs, including the one featured here, "I Am On The Battlefield For My Lord."
