White Springs — About 50 people came out Tuesday, May 1 for the library groundbreaking ceremony on US 41 in White Springs, including county and city officials, and State Rep. Elizabeth Porter, (R-Lake City). District 4 County Commissioner Randy Ogburn presided over the ceremony.
