Jasper — A special referendum election will be held in Hamilton County today, April 10 asking voters to approve or reject a slot machine wagering license. All Hamilton County registered voters are eligible to vote. If approved, a casino is expected to be built to accompany a race track at Hamilton Downs Horse Race Track in Jennings.
