Jasper — Rena Ruth Standridge Honeycutt

Aug. 23, 1930 -Dec. 4, 2011



Rena Ruth Standridge Honeycutt, 81, of Jennings, Florida passed away on Dec. 4, 2011, at Suwannee Valley Care Center.

Born Aug. 23, 1930, in Butler, Ga. to the late Jesse and Ruth Standridge. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, liked fishing, canning, gardening, and traveling.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years Emory W, Honeycutt Sr., son Emory Honeycutt Jr., brothers; Herschel, Hillard, and Buster Standridge; sisters May Hancock, Louise McCall, Mary Cullpepper, Nell Hawkins.

Survivors included sons; Tony F. Honeycutt (Victoria) Valdosta, Ga., Ronald S. Honeycutt (Ellen) Jennings, Fla., daughter; Gloria E. Brown ( Roy) Texas, daughter in law; Teresa Honeycutt, Calif. sisters; Dorothy Lanear, St. Cloud, Fla., Edith Griffin, Lake City, Fla., Jessie McCall, Quitman, Ga., eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Suwannee Valley Care Center (Haven Hospice).
