1. Approve payment of invoices.



2. Approve payment of Invoice No. 32223, in the amount of 5,600.00, to AK Associates for Exacom Extended Warranty for E911 System.



3. Approve payment of Invoice No. 28219-3, in the amount of $29,737.28, to Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. for the resurfacing of 179th Road & 160th Street.



4. Approve payment of Invoice No. 28220-3, in the amount of $231,435.80, to Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. for the reconstruction of Walker Street.



5. Approve payment of Invoice No. 1, in the amount of $98,465.69, to Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. for work performed on 175th Road in District 3.



6. Approve payment of Invoice No. 1, in the amount of $361,487.78, to Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. for work performed on 101st Road (Little River) in District 5.



7. Approve payment of Invoice No. 1, in the amount of $249,598.60, to Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. for work performed on CR 224 in District 5.



8. Reappointment of Charles “Anthony” Sullivan, as Building & Roofing Contractor, to serve on the Suwannee County Construction Industry Licensing Board.



9. Reappointment of Roscoe Chauncey, as District 1 member, to serve on the Suwannee County Construction Industry Licensing Board.



10. Reappointment of Lyndon Fortner, as District 3 member, to serve on the Suwannee County Construction Industry Licensing Board.



11. Reappointment of Sam Carter to serve on the Suwannee County Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals.

12. Reappointment of Andy Bradley to serve on the Suwannee County Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals.



13. Reappointment of Marco Wood to serve on the Suwannee County Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals.



14. Reappointment of Thomas Skierski to serve on the Suwannee County Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals.



15. Reappointment of Larry Schattle, Jr. to serve on the Suwannee County Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals.



16. Reappointment of Brent McCall, as alternate, to serve on the Suwannee County Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals.



17. Approval of Satisfaction of Mortgage for Edith M. Tucker, SHIP Client.



18. Consider approval of Records Disposition Document for Suwannee County Administrative Services for the destruction of county records.



19. Approval of Certificate of Participation for 2009 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program for Sheriff’s Office.

At 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, consider approval of budget amendment, in the amount of $396,219, for an additional transfer-in to Suwannee’s library budget, and subsequent payment back to Suwannee County for the amount of $436,219 and charge to the expenditure account for Administrative Services General Revenue/Suwannee. 21. At 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, consider approval of transfer of $15,000 of current reserves from the Suwannee Library budget to the Regional Library budget. (John D. Hales, Jr., Director of Libraries)



22. At 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, consider approval of the recapitulation of the Fiscal Year 2008 Tax Roll for Suwannee County. (Sharon Jordan, Tax Collector)
