Trojans win District 5-1A basketball title

Mayo — Hamilton County Trojans head coach Patrick Murphy celebrates with his boys varsity basketball team following their 49-47 victory over the Melody Christian Academy Wildcats in the FHSAA District 5-1A Championship game in Mayo, Fla. Saturday night. The Trojans will host the District 6 runner-up in their regional semifinal game on Thursday, Feb. 14 and the Wildcats will be on the road for their semifinal game to face the District 6 champions.
