Update: Second shooting victim dies from injuries

Live Oak — The second victim in Saturday night's shooting succumbed to his injuries in an area hospital Sunday night, according to Suwannee County Sheriff Tony Cameron.

Abram Williams, 41, of 130th Terrace, was shot in the head while at a get together at the home of Marcus Cole, the alleged shooter, at 12803 225th Rd., near Charles Springs in western Suwannee County.

His relative, Michael Williams, 46, was also shot and died at the scene.

A stabbing victim, Joshua White, 31, is said to be doing okay.

The shooting occurred around 10 p.m. Saturday.

Cole, who was originally charged with one count of first degree murder, was given a second.

Cameron said that Abe and Mike Williams were at Cole's house with others having a get together when a fight broke out. Cole then reportedly retrieved a high powered rifle and shot Abe and Mike Williams.

The investigation is ongoing and more details are expected to come.
