1) Recommend appointment of Mr. Henry Smart to serve as Commissioner of the Board of the Housing Authority of Live Oak
2) Recommend appointment of Malcolm Newell to serve as Tennant Commissioner of the Housing Authority of Live Oak.
3) Consideration for approval, Resolution 12-02. A resolution urging the restoration of the Sunset Limited, Amtrak Passenger Service
4) Consideration for approval, Resolution 12-03. A resolution urging local vendors to cease the sale and marketing of all candy flavored tobacco products. (Mr. Steven Schneitman, representing Tobacco Free Florida and Suwannee County S W A T along with students to speak in support of The Resolution)

1) Consideration for approval, the first reading of Ordinance 1312. An Ordinance relating to public rights-of-way, making findings and vacating a portion of certain unnamed unimproved platted alley or street rights-of-way within the city of Live Oak.
2) Consideration for approval, the final reading of Ordinance 1300. An Ordinance relating to an amendment to the text of the city of Live Oak comprehensive plan
3) Consideration for approval, the final reading of Ordinance 1301. An Ordinance providing for a change in the land use classifications from Suwannee County Classifications to City of Live Oak Classifications of certain lands within the corporate limits of the City of Live Oak

12. Councilman Adam Prins – Matters pertaining to Administrative and Finance Committee
1) Consideration for approval, Resolution No. 12-04. A Resolution to honor the military service of George Welzel and to fly his funeral flag at Veterans Park
2) Discussion with possible Council action on Ordinance No. 957. (Retirement accounts for the Mayor, City Council members and City Clerk who are not otherwise eligible to participate in the FRS)
