BREAKING: Name released in Napier shooting

Live Oak — Anthony Michael Ortiz, 16, was charged today with first degree murder and armed robbery. This is a constantly breaking story. We will update you as more information is learned.

A 16-year-old local boy has been arrested in the shooting death of 49-year-old Charles David Napier in the 127th Place, Live Oak home he shared with his mom, Suwannee County Sheriff Tony Cameron said. He will be charged with first degree murder and robbery. Napier was found shot to death in the home Sunday evening. The name of the boy is not being released due to his awaiting first appearance in a Suwannee County courtroom.
