1) Consider approval of the 2012 Holiday Schedule

2) Presentation of the Mayor’s Community Service Award

5. Mr. John Gill – City Clerk

1) Council action on the first reading of Ordinance 1310 - an Ordinance providing for the establishment of a Code Enforcement Special Magistrate and the elimination of the Code Enforcement Board.

6. Mr. Robert Farley – City Administrator

1) Request a Council Workshop to plan Public Works Projects for next year

2) Request approval for use of public works employees for the construction of the Camp Weed Reclaimed Water Pond

3) Discussion regarding Pilgrim's Pride request to reduce Maintenance and Distribution fee from $0.35 per 100 CF to $0.10 per 100 CF

4) Request approval of Ordinance 1307 - repealing Ordinance 1211 which allowed employees and elected officials of the City of Live Oak to waive health insurance.(Final Reading)
