1.            Approve payment of invoices.

 

2.            Approve payment of Invoice No. 70534, in the amount of $68,027.85, to Comfort Temp Company for the repair of the four pipe A/C system at Suwannee County Jail.

 

3.            Approve payment of Invoice No. 12344200, in the amount of $10,320.00, to JB Mathews Company for the installation of garage doors for McAlpin Fire Station.

 

4.            Reappointment of Fletcher Mills and Brent McCall to the Suwannee County Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals.

 

5.            Reappointment of Linda Young (District 4 member) and A.W. Gaylard (District 5 member) on the Suwannee County Zoning Board of Adjustment & Planning and Zoning Board.

 

6.            Approval of annual Certificate of Resolution (2010) and Adoption Agreement (2010) for Section 125 Premium Only Plan (Cafeteria Plan).

11.        Discuss, with possible Board action, funding for 911 equipment for Dispatch.  (Sheriff Tony Cameron)

 

12.        Consider approval of agreement with Robert F. Spindell, D.O., in the amount of $22,000.00 per year, for Medical Director Services.  (Robert Spindell, D.O.)

 

13.        Consider approval of agreement with the State of Florida Department of Health for Operation of the Suwannee County Health Department for Contract Year 2010-2011.  (Pamela Blackmon, Health Unit Administrator – Suwannee County Health Department)

 

14.        Consider approval of Fiscal Year 2010 State Aid to Libraries Grant Agreement for Suwannee County Libraries and for Regional Libraries.  (John D. Hales, Jr., Director of Libraries)

 

15.        Consider approval of Certificate of Application and adoption of Resolution for the submission of a public library construction grant.  (John D. Hales, Jr., Director of Libraries)

 

16.        Consider adoption of resolution authorizing and directing the Suwannee County Value Adjustment Board and Mr. Lamar Jenkins, Property Appraiser, to make a First Certification and Extension of the 2010 Tax Roll.  (Mike Tyson, Deputy Clerk)

 

17.        Consider adoption of resolution adopting the Suwannee County Personnel Rules and Regulations as revised and amended.  (Joe Gerrity, Jr., County Coordinator)

 

18.        Consider approval to submit application for State of Florida E911 Rural County Grant Program, in the amount of $5,600.00 for Exacom Warranty for 911.  (Joe Gerrity, Jr., County Coordinator)

 

19.        Consider approval of agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, Inc. to provide administrative services for the Early Retiree Reinsurance Program.  (Joe Gerrity, Jr., County Coordinator)

 

20.        Permission to advertise for bids for culverts and for batteries for the Public Works Department.  (T. Jerry Sikes, Public Works Director)

 

21.        Authorization to advertise for Commercial Truck Driver II position for Public Works Department.  (T. Jerry Sikes, Public Works Director)

23.        Discuss, with possible Board action, partnering with the City of Live Oak to pave the parking lot next to the Supervisor of Elections Office and the lot behind the County Office building, and also paying the lot between the Courthouse and the County Annex building.  (Commissioner Jesse Caruthers)
