CONSENT:

1.             Approve payment of invoices.

 

2.             Approve payment of Invoice No. 63458 in the amount of $25,227.55 to Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. for work performed on Stadium Drive/Judicial Annex/Parking Lot.

 

3.             Approve payment of Invoice No. 63500 in the amount of $35,930.54 to Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. for Final Payment for the Resurfacing of 104th Street.  (District 3 funds)

 

4.             Approve payment of Invoice No. 17-2010-11 in the amount of $7,000.00 to J. Sherman Frier & Associates, Inc. for work performed for Catalyst Site. (DEO/OTTED grant)

 

5.             Approve payment of Invoice No. 10009-07 in the amount of $2,826.30 to GTC Design Group, LLC for engineering services for Catalyst Site.  (DEO/OTTED grant)

 

6.             Approve payment of Invoice No. 11115-03 in the amount of $9,125.00 to GTC Design Group, LLC for engineering services for US 90 Turn Lanes for Catalyst Site.

 

7.             Approve payment of Invoice No. 11115-02 in the amount of $5,300.00 to GTC Design Group, LLC for engineering services for US 90 Turn Lanes for Catalyst Site.

 

8.             Reappointment of Ms. Verneil Johnson, as County representative, to serve on the Suwannee River Economic Council, Inc. Board of Directors.

 

9.             Approval to advertise to fill vacated Part-time Library Aide II position for White Springs Library.

 

10.         Approval to advertise to fill vacated Full-time Library Tech II Manager position for Greenville Library.

 

11.         Approval of Certification of Participation for Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) in the amount of $58,981 for Suwannee County Sheriff’s Office.

 

12.         Approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 8 in the amount of $8,371.00 with URS Corporation for engineering services for Closeout and As-built Permit Certification for SRWMD Permit No. ERP90-0035M5.

 

13.         Reject all bids for the Reconstruction of 180th Street, and approval to re-advertise. (Bid Solicitation No. 2012-06)

14.         At 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, open bids, for Construction of 129th Road.  (Randy Harris, Public Works Director)

 

15.         At 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, consider approval of request for 30-day Leave Without Pay for Library employee.  (Betty Lawrence, Director of Libraries)

19.         Discuss, with possible Board action, adoption of Interlocal Agreement Relating to Establishment of Florida Leaders Organized for Water (“FLOW”).  (Chairman Wesley Wainwright)

 

20.         Selection of applicants to be interviewed for County Administrator position, and set date, time and location to hold interviews.  (Chairman Wesley Wainwright)

 

21.         Discuss, with possible Board action, the thermal barrier for the Judicial Annex building.  (Randy Harris, Public Works Director)
