1. Approve payment of invoices.
2. Approve payment of Invoice No. 8, in the amount of $365,489.62, to The Scruggs Company for the reconstruction of CR 249 (Nobles Ferry Road) in District 1.
3. Approve payment of Invoice No. 1, in the amount of $83,829.44, to The Scruggs Company for work performed on Lime Street (119th Road) in District 1.
4. Approve payment of Invoice No. 1, in the amount of $13,282.30, to The Scruggs Company, for work performed on 153rd Road in District 1.
5. Approve payment of Invoice No. 1, in the amount of $5,302.96, to The Scruggs Company for work performed on 71st Road in District 4.
6. Approve payment of Invoice No. 1, in the amount of $58,188.51, to The Scruggs Company for work performed on 93rd Road in District 2.
7. Approve payment of Invoice No. 1, in the amount of $183,645.83, to The Scruggs Company for the construction of 52nd Street & 71st Road in District 4.
8. Appointment of Ryan Felknor, as Electrical Contractor, to complete the term of Bobby Brickles, on the Code Enforcement Board.
9. Appointment of Marjorie Carmichael to serve as the Board’s representative on the Board of Directors of Meridian Behavioral Healthcare, Inc.
