An O'Brien man was jailed Monday on charges of lewd and lascivious battery and escaping from police while in custody, Suwannee County Sheriff's records show.
SCSO Lt. Wayne Musgrove arrested 37-year-old Henry Dawson Rogers for performing a sexual act on a 13-year-old on Nov. 12, according to a report by Musgrove. Rogers reportedly confessed to the charges on a tape recorder.
