Live Oak — Mattie E. Curl



June 4, 1918 - Jan. 24, 2012



Mattie E. Curl, 93, McAlpin, Fla., passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2012 after a long illness. The life long resident of Suwannee county was a homemaker and a member of the Philadelphia Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter: Syble ( Alonzo) Adams, DeLeon Springs, Fla.; one son: Conny (Ramona) Curl, McAlpin, Fla.; One sister: Faye Cooper, Jenson Beach, Fla.; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Anderson Curl.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012 at the Philadelphia Baptist Church with Rev. Jeff Cordero and Rev. Josh Wynn officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held 4-6 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 27, 2012 at Daniels Funeral Home.

Willie R. Scott



Home going services for Ms. Willie R. Scott, 61, of Live Oak, Florida, will be 12 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28 at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church. Rev. Willie J. Warren is the pastor and will be officiating.

Following the home going service for Ms. Scott, her earthen vessel along with family members and friends will be escorted to the Greenbrier Cemetery, Live Oak, Florida. A time to visit with Ms. Scott and her family will be Friday, Jan. 27, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church in Live Oak, Florida.
