A Hispanic male was robbed Tuesday night shortly after leaving Pepe's grocery store on West Howard Street in Live Oak, according to Live Oak Police Chief Buddy Williams.
Williams said the victim was riding his bike home shortly after leaving the store around 8:45 when another bicyclist approached him. Williams said the suspect pushed the victim to the ground and stole his wallet, which contained $215. Williams said the victim suffered a minor head injury and was treated at the scene.
The suspect is described as tall, thin black male approximately 35 years of age.
