Hudson was headed east on 296th Street around 6 p.m. June 10 when the 2006 Mercury she was driving left the roadway and struck a tree, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Wednesday, the DUI charge was amended and Hudson was formally sentenced on three counts of reckless driving resulting in serious bodily injury.
