1. Approve payment of invoices.



2. Appointment of Marc McCann to serve as a representative on the North Florida Workforce Development Board.



3. Appointment of Tom Tuckey to serve as a representative on the North Florida Workforce Development Board.

7. At 4:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, consider adoption of resolution proclaiming the month of April, 2010 as Water Conservation Month. (Cindy Johnson, Suwannee River Water Management District)



8. At 4:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, consider adoption of resolution opposing an amendment to the Florida Constitution that would force voters to decide all changes to a city or county’s comprehensive plan, and urging voters to vote “No on 4” in November. At 4:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, consider approval of Interlocal Agreement between Suwannee County and the City of Live Oak governing a portion of I-10 and US 90 Catalyst Site Feasibility Study of Gas, Water, Sewer and Reuse Water Utilities. At 4:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, consider adoption of resolution accepting and providing for the application and administration of the Sandy Point Trail Florida Recreational Trails Program Grant for Fiscal Year 2010-2011. 22. Consider approval to pave 97th Road and 91st Road (a/k/a Suwannee Lake Road), to be paid by District 2 gas tax funds. (Commissioner Douglas Udell)



23. Consider recommendation of Bid Review Committee in awarding of bid for Replace or Repair of Four Pipe A/C System Located at the Suwannee County Jail to Comfort Temp Company in the amount of $338,650.00. (Bid Solicitation No. 2009-15) (Chairman Wesley Wainwright)



24. Consider approval of agreement in the amount of $162.00 per month with Eric Rikansrud for lease of Hangar “C-1” at Suwannee County Airport. (Chairman Wesley Wainwright)



25. Consider approval proposal for legal services, in the lump sum amount of $8,000.00, with Nabors, Giblin, and Nickerson, for legal services on the County’s annual fire protection and solid waste assessment program. (Chairman Wesley Wainwright)
