Mayo —
The First United Methodist Church of Mayo will present a concert of Christian music at 11 a.m. Worship and again at 6 p.m. on Palm Sunday, March 24, featuring renowned pianist Gilbert J. Macias of “Created to Worship Him” ministries.
Macias will play original arrangements of familiar hymns and will also be sharing Bible based preaching during the morning service.
Macias said, “I greatly desire and pray that all who attend concerts, listen to the recordings and read through the literature may feel the Lord’s presence, open their hearts to Him and be compelled to worship Him as He desires, in spirit and in truth.”
Everyone is invited to come enjoy the musical talent of this outstanding Christian musician. Pastor Geary Rowell said, “Gilbert shared his talent with us during the Christmas season and we are happy to have him back again at First Church.”
For additional information you may call the church at 386-294-1661 or 386-854-5205. We look forward to seeing you at “Exciting First Church, where we give direction at the crossroad in Mayo.”
