Mayo — Mitzi C. Hendrick

Aug. 12, 2012

Mitzi C. Hendrick, age 73, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 12, 2012 at her residence.  Mrs. Hendrick was born in Canton, NC to the late Wilbur Rex Clark and the late former Dolly Murr Clark. Coming from Ft. Meade, Florida, she had lived in Mayo for the last forty years.  Mrs. Hendrick was of the Methodist Faith.  She worked as a School Bus Driver and was on the Board of Directors of Farm Bureau, and also the Democratic Committee.  In her spare time she loved going to auctions.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Lucian Hendrick of Mayo, FL,  (2) sons, Lucian Dean Hendrick and Clark Hendrick and wife Lisa, all of Mayo, FL, a brother, Larry Clark of N.C., a sister, Janice Clark of Mayo, FL, (3) grandchildren, Blaine Hendrick, Blake Hendrick and Heidi Hendrick.

Graveside Services will be held at Bethel Cemetery on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 10:00 AM with Bro. Ricky Lyons and Bro. Todd Babione officiating.  Family will receive friends from 6 pm - 8 pm on Tuesday evening at Burns Mayo Chapel.

Willie B. Fannin was former resident of Live Oak, Fla.
