Lafayette 12-under softball team captured the Disrict 6 all-star tournament title this past weekend in Madison County and will advance to state in July.
A week earlier, the girls won the Suwannee Softball Invitational at the First Federal Sportsplex beating out Live Oak, Newberry and Hamilton County.
