CONSENT:

1.  Approve payment of invoices.

 

2.   Approve payment of Invoice No. 4067, in the amount of $35,778.00, to AK Associates for annual maintenance and extended warranty for 911 call taking equipment in PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point).

 

3.            Approval of Subordination Agreement for Andrew J. and Kelly L. Chapman, SHIP Clients.

 

4.            Reappointment of Robert Ford to serve another term on the Live Oak – Suwannee County Recreation Board.

 

5.            Approval of Certificate of Participation for the FY 2010 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant for Suwannee County Sheriff’s Office.

10.        At 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, open bids, for Protective Clothing for Structural Firefighting for Fire Rescue Department.  (Bid Solicitation No. 2010-04)  (Charlie Conner, Public Safety Director)

 

11.        At 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, hold a public hearing, to consider adoption of ordinance repealing Articles II and III of Chapter 34 titled “Fire Prevention and Protection” of the Codified Ordinances of Suwannee County, Florida.  (Charlie Conner, Public Safety Director)

 

12.        At 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, hold a public hearing, to consider adoption of ordinance providing for a temporary abeyance in the increase of the assessed value of homestead for the construction and reconstruction of the property for the purpose of providing living quarters for one or more of the parents or grandparents of the property owner or owner’s spouse, if at least one of the parents or grandparents is at least 62 years of age.  (Hal A. 13.        At 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, consider request to withdraw Ordinance 2007-14, prohibiting sexual offenders and sexual predators from residing within 2500 feet of any school, daycare center, park, playground, bus stop or public library.  (Lawrence Jones, Jr.)

 

14.        At 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, permission to erect a Ham Radio Tower at the Emergency Operations Center.  (Sheriff Tony Cameron)

 

15.        At 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, discuss, with possible Board action, the proposal as set forth in the letter received from EccoStone, LLC.  (Dennis Cason, Chamber of Commerce and Brent Campbell, EccoStone, LLC)

 

16.        At 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, discuss, with possible Board action, the use of Economic Development funds toward a job incentive for a company considering to locate in Suwannee County.  (Dennis Cason, Chamber of Commerce)

 

17.        At 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, consider approval to submit application to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the Consolidated Small County Solid Waste Management Grant for Public Works Department.  (T.
