James Harry Tincher

Jasper — James Harry Tincher

James Harry Tincher, age 82, of Jasper, FL. passed away Sunday, April 11, 2010 at his home. Mr. Tincher was born in Tyner, Kentucky on September 12, 1928, one of thirteen children born into the Tincher family. He worked most all of his adult life as a building contractor. Mr. Tincher was a former resident of South Carolina and Kentucky before moving to the Jasper area. He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include one daughter, Elaine White, Anderson, SC.; three sisters, Estelle Carter, Jasper, FL., Sue Fisher, Dayton, Ohio and Gerry Robinson (John), Tyner, KY; one grandson, Randy. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services were held Friday, April 16th at Lakes Funeral Home Chapel in McKee, Kentucky with interment in Seven Pines Cemetery near McKee.

Harry T. Reid Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements.
