Dear Editor,
This is written to acknowledge the high quality service received by us during the past four months at our local hospital. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have visited the ER, OR, X-ray and therapy departments as patients.
The staff in all areas involved in our care have been prompt, professional and courteous. We are very fortunate to have this Shands facility in our town.
