Florida ready to work
Florida Ready to Work is a credentialing program offered by the State of Florida. Job seekers may register for Florida Ready to Work by visiting or calling Employment Connections. Once registered, job seekers can build their skill level in a number of subject areas and then take the corresponding assessments. When a job seeker earns a passing score in the assessment, they become Florida Ready to Work Certified. When attached to an application or resume, an employer will know what skills the job seeker possesses, taking the guesswork out of hiring.
