Live Oak —
A collision at the intersection on US 90 West and Walker Avenue in Live Oak Thursday left driver Frances Ybarra (right) of Grand Junction, Colo., frazzled while the driver of a second vehicle and her two small passengers were checked for injuries by Suwannee County Fire/Rescue personnel. Ybarra said it wasn’t clear who was at fault. “I’m not sure if I ran the light or if she did, but everyone’s OK,” she said. Ybarra was traveling west on US 90 in a white Impala and the female driver of the second vehicle, a green Impala, was headed north on Walker when the accident happened around 3:30 p.m. Passing motorists proceeded with caution as Kyle Kirby of LOPD worked the scene.
