Live Oak —
Please mark your calendars this Saturday, May 14, noon until 4 p.m.
The Suwannee High School band, under the direction of Ms. Stacey Gindlesperger, is having a car wash, this Saturday, noon until 4 p.m. at Howland's Hardware. Not only will the outside of the cars be washed, they are also planning to wash the inside windows AND vacuum the inside. Your car, truck or SUV will be much cleaner!
While you wait, there will be free ICED TEA and POPCORN!
You will also receive a 10 percent off coupon for use at Howland’s.
All the monies collected go directly toward the players' cost for participation. The band recently raised money for new uniforms which cost approximately $18,000. However, the cost for dry cleaning them and participating in several district and state competitions (e. g., travel, room and board) is several hundred dollars per student.
Please mark your calendars and help the band!
