Nicole Green, 27, Live Oak, Fl passed away on Friday, October 26, 2012. The Lake City, Fl native lived in Live Oak most of her life and was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church. She is survived by her mother: Dorothy Green, Live Oak, Fl; father: William "Buddy"(Donna) Green, Live Oak, Fl; one daughter: Cheyenne Green/Phelan, Live Oak, Fl; one son: Kaleb Phelan, Live Oak, Fl; one brother: Tyler Green, Live Oak, Fl and paternal grandparent: Jeanie Green, Live Oak, Fl. Services were held at 11:00 am Thursday, November 1st at Shady Grove Baptist Church with Rev. David Hingson officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Nicole Green Fund, c/o Lafayette State Bank, 106 Grand Street, Live Oak, FL 32064.
