Dog Pound kicks off

Live Oak — The Dog Pound met arch-rival Columbia Tigers in a running clock scrimmage Thursday at Paul Langford Stadium.

The Mighty-Mites (ages 7-9) beat Columbia 21-7, while Jr. Pee Wee (8-11) lost 14-0 and  Pee Wee lost 7-0. The Tiny-Mites (ages 5-7 ) also competed but no score was kept.      

All four teams will travel to Keystone Heights this Saturday for a jamboree and compete against teams from all over the Gainesville area.
