Live Oak —
The Suwannee High School Lady Bulldog basketball team is sitting on a record of two wins and two losses so far this season.
The ladies opened up their season hosting Columbia. The Bulldogs fell to the Tigers 43-31. On Nov. 16, the Bulldogs fell to the Lady Buccaneers out of Branford, 50-35. The ladies turned it around, however, and won their next two games. They defeated Lafayette 41-36 in Mayo on Nov. 19 and beat Taylor County 43-33 on Nov. 27 in Live Oak.
“This season is looking good,” said head coach Keith Cherry. “The girls are really catching on to what I am trying to teach them.”
The ladies host Baker County tonight at 6 p.m. at the SHS gym
