Live Oak — Player of the Year

Lindsey Hamlin, Lafayette, Sr.-Hamlin did it all on the field for the Hornets, whether it was on the mound, at second base or in the batters box. During the season, Hamlin, who signed with Santa Fe College, became the schools all-time season home run leader surpassing the great Natalie Land.

Coach of the Year:

Derek Garland, Lafayette-Garland took a fairly young group of girls all the way to the schools first ever state title game appearance. With a demanding schedule that featured games against Suwannee (20-10), Columbia (20 wins), Madison County (playoff), Santa Fe (20 wins, playoffs) and Williston (20 wins, Final Four participant), Lafayette struggled early on starting 1-3 before limping into the playoffs at 11-10.
