Girls track: SHS runs over Indians, Tornadoes

Live Oak — The Suwannee High School girls track team defeated the Ft. White Indians and the Bradford High Tornadoes on Feb 12 on Suwannee home turf.

The scores were:

Suwannee - 83

Bradford - 43

Ft. White - 37



The following girls placed first in their events:

Katie Stalvey in the 2-mile and 4 by 800 relay

Logan Boss in the triple jump, high jump, low and high hurdles

Daycia Bandy in the    100 and 4 by 100

Mandy Glass    in the pole vault, long jump and 400

Jessie TenBrock in the 200

Merideth Lord, Denver Cameron, and Carley Herring were on the first place

4 by 800 with Stalvey.

Kierra Cherry, Shan Johnson, and Bria Herring were on the first place 4 by

100 with Bandy.

Bryanna Williams, Sarah Anderson, Kierra Cherry and Dallas Smith placed

first in the 4 by 400.



"I’m very pleased with the team's progress,” said coach Eric Rodriguez. “I hope they continue working hard to achieve their full potential.”
