TENTATIVE AGENDA FOR OCTOBER 16, 2012, 4:00 P.M.

CONSENT:

1.             Approve payment of invoices.

 

2.             Approve payment of Invoice No. 11115-04 in the amount of $6,285.00 to GTC Design Group, LLC for engineering services for US 90 Turn Lanes for Catalyst Site.

 

3.             Approval to advertise for two (2) vacant Casual Custodial positions.

 

4.             Approval to advertise for vacant Machine Operator II position for Public Works Department.

 

5.             Approval to fill vacant Commercial Truck Driver II position for Public Works Department from current pool of applicants.

 

6.             Approval of engagement letter with Business Valuation, Inc. for expert consultation services and testimony involving TSS Development vs. County of Suwannee, Florida.

 

7.             Approval of agreement with John Hill, in the month amount of $162.00, for the lease of Hangar “A-2” at Suwannee County Airport.

 

8.             Approval of amended Participating Party Agreement with Klausner Lumber One, LLC for the implementation of the requirements for the Community Development Block Grant Program.

 

TIME SPECIFIC ITEMS:

9.             At 4:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, open bids, for Sinkhole Remediation for 140th Street.  (Bid Solicitation No. 2012-22)  (Randy Harris, County Administrator)

10.         Approve minutes of meeting held on October 2, 2012.
