Gentlemen, and ladies, start your mowers!

Live Oak — It's time again for the annual Lawn Mower Race to benefit The ARC North Florida. This the 15th year the event has taken place. This year it will be on Saturday, March 23 with rider and team registration at 9:30 a.m. The lawn mower race starts at 10 a.m. at John's Lawn Equipment on US 129 North in Live Oak.

Great prizes go to the top individual and team that raise the most money for the event.

Support this event by becoming an individual racer, racing team or pit stop crew. For details and online registration, visit www.arcnf.com or call their office at 386-362-7143.

Proceeds go to support individuals in The ARC North Florida programs who receive the necessary training to function as independently as possible and each client is provided opportunities to participate fully in the community.
