Clifford A. Wilson Sr.

Clifford A. Wilson Sr., 93, of Live Oak, Fla. and formerly of Wildwood Crest, N.J., passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013 in Florida. Cliff was born in Cold Spring (Lower Township) and resided in Wildwood Crest, N.J. from 1949-1981 before moving to Florida with his late wife Ethel. Cliff founded “Cliff Wilson and Sons TV and Appliance, Inc.” in Wildwood. He was a past president of the Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce and past director of Stone Harbor Chamber of Commerce; past director of Wildwood Builders Assoc.; past member of the Wildwood Loyal Order of the Moose and a member of the Clayland Baptist Church and Choir in Live Oak, Fla.
He is predeceased by his wife of 59 years, Ethel R. Wilson (1997) and his five siblings.
Cliff will be missed by his loving family which includes his wife, Lillian “Margaret”; two sons, Clifford A. Wilson Jr. (and wife, Karen) of Live Oak, Fla. and Jack B. Wilson (and wife, Kathleen) of Jonesborough, Tenn.; nine grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Jan. 15 at 2 p.m. in the Spilker Funeral Home, 815 Washington St., Cape May, where friends were received from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. Interment followed in Cold Spring Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Big Bend Hospice, 1723 Mahan Center Boulevard, Tallahassee, FL 32308.

Kathleen Googe, age 81 of Live Oak, Fla. passed away Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013 at Capital Regional Medical Center in Tallahassee, Fla. following a brief illness. She was a native and life long resident of Live Oak working for many years as a bookkeeper for Faye’s Flowers. She was an avid reader, enjoyed playing canasta and scrabble with her family and friends but most of all loved spending time with her grandchildren. Kathleen was very proud of all the accomplishments her children and grandchildren have made and was a loving and caring mother, sister and granny who will be missed deeply by all who knew her. She was a past member of the Jr. Women’s Club and a member of the St. Luke’s Episcopal Church.
She was predeceased by her husband, Lloyd Googe in 2007.
She is survived by three daughters, Madonna (Don) Wood, Live Oak; Robin (Kenneth) Barron, Crawfordville, Fla.; Kim (Walter) Boatright, Live Oak; one brother, J.B. Gamble, Live Oak; two sisters Shirley Sperring and Margaret Kilpatrick both of Live Oak; seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Visitation was held, Tuesday, Jan. 15 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
A celebration of her life will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013 in the First United Methodist Church.

Betty Richardson, affectionately known by many as "Nana on the Farm", of Live Oak, Fla., died on Jan. 10, 2013 in Daytona Beach, Fla. She was born on Dec. 12, 1926 in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
Betty is survived by William R. Richardson, her husband of 55 years. She is also survived by three children: Sheri Rock, of DeLand, Fla., Kimberly I. (Wesley) Bennett of Cumming, Ga., and Todd Council Richardson, of DeLand, Fla.; eight grandchildren: Michael Rock, Lou Mercado, Rebecca McGuigan, Heidi Lunsford, Katie Rock, Holly Bennett, Heather Bennett and Hope Bennett; and five great-grandchildren: Kiley, Tyler, Cait, Luke and Ryan.
Betty was an active member of the Philadelphia Baptist Church, Live Oak, Fla. where she was Chairman of the Shoe Box Ministry, as well as a member of the DAR, Lake City Chapter. Betty attended Stetson University in DeLand, Fla.
Betty touched many lives in her work as an art teacher at Advent Christian School for boys with special needs. She was also a substitute teacher for many years in the Suwannee County School District.
Betty will be greatly missed by her family and her many friends.

H.M. Warner age 73, of Live Oak, Fla. passed away early Sunday morning, Jan. 13, 2013 at Haven Hospice in Lake City, Fla. He was a native and life long resident of Live Oak. He was a farmer who loved every minute of being outdoors and working his pine trees. His life was a testimony of his faith and trust in the Lord and a blessing to those he touched through his daily walk as a servant of his beloved Heavenly Father. H.M. was a devoted husband, father, brother and grandfather. He was a member of the Florida National Guard and the First Baptist Church.
He was predeceased by his first wife, Annie Laura Warner and a grandson, Thomas Vincent Radford.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Warner, Live Oak, Fla.; three daughters, Mori (Mark) Radford, Melanie (Daryl) Roberts both of Live Oak and Leigh-Joy (Dusty) Tetrault of Hahira, GA; two sisters, Flora Lee Andrews and Linda Bailey both of Live Oak; one brother, Harmon Warner, Live Oak; six grandchildren, Mark Radford, II and Lee Radford; Dee and Krissy Sardina, William Carroll and Nevaeh Tetrault.
Visitation was held Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Funeral services were held 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013 in the First Baptist Church with Rev. Phillip Herrington and Rev. Steve Sweitzer officiating. Interment followed in the Mt. Olive Church of Christ Cemetery.

Elizabeth P. Johnson, 82, Live Oak, Fla. passed away on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013. The Bridgeton, NJ native worked in child care for fifteen years and was a member of Pinemount Baptist Church in McAlpin, Fla. Mrs. Johnson is survived by her daughter: Lori Steel, Live Oak, Fla.; one sister: Anna Dickerson, Bridgeton, NJ, one brother: Joseph Peterson, Bridgeton, NJ; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her two sons: Richard Johnson and Robert Johnson. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan.19 at Pinemount Baptist Church.
