4. Mayor Garth R. Nobles, Jr. – Matters of the City

1) Recommend for consideration and approval – the 2013 Holiday schedule



5. Mr. John Gill – City Clerk

1) Discussion with possible board action Resolution 12-15, A Resolution renewing the City’s Section 125

Premium Only Plan

2) Request approval to advertise Proposal for Professional Auditing Services



6. Mr. Robert Farley – City Administrator

1) Adoption of the City’s 2012-2013 Millage Rate of 6.5546 Mils - Ordinance 1325 - First Reading

2) Adoption of the City’s 2012-2013 Operating Budget - Ordinance 1326 - First Reading

3) Council action on the request from Florida Communities Trust to purchase 60.97 acres of the Burch Property below Heritage Park & Gardens

4) Council action to approve fixed asset surplus request from Finance, Public Works and City Clerk 9/30/2012

1) Discussion on Section 16 of Personnel Policies regarding Paid Time Off, with possible Council action.

2) First reading of Ordinance No.1323, creating a restricted fund for the purpose of paying accrued annual leave, with possible Council action.

3) Discussion on freezing exempt employees’ salaries indefinitely, with possible Council action.

4) Presentation of Resolution 12-14 which approves an Interlocal Agreement with Suwannee County regarding the abolishment of the City's Building Department and contracting those services to Suwannee County, with possible Council action.

5) First reading of Ordinance No. 1324, amending sections 5 and 6 of Ordinance No. 711 regarding supervision of the Finance Director, with possible Council action.
