5. Development Manager-George Curtis

1) First reading of Ordinance No. 1330, an Ordinance extending the hours of alcohol sales

2) Request a tentative date of Tuesday, January 22nd, 6:30 pm to hold a workshop to discuss the City’s Comprehensive Plan



6. Finance Director-Jan Parkhurst

1) Update concerning TS Debby reimbursement



7. Code Enforcement- Lynn Touchton

1) Update on the Handcock property (309 E. Duval St.) with discussion to proceed with foreclosure proceedings



8. Councilman Jacob Grantham – Fire Department Matters

1) Follow up on the Suwannee Avenue sidewalk project



9. Councilman Keith Mixon– Matters of the Law Enforcement Committee

1) Follow up to discussion on the annual “Christmas On The Square” event

2) Discussion with possible council action regarding the Mutual Aid agreement for the Live Oak Police Department

3) Discussion regarding sidewalk project for Helvenston Street

1) Discussion regarding Ordinance 943 relating to animal control

1) Final reading of Ordinance No. 1322, an Ordinance providing guidelines for the naming of streets and public facilities within the City of Live Oak.
