Suwannee River Paddle for Autism coming soon in Mayo

Mayo — It’s time to start thinking about the Second Annual Suwannee River Paddle for Autism, which is coming up Saturday, April 27. The event will begin at 9 a.m. at the Highway 51 bridge in Mayo where you can sign up until 12 p.m.

Then enjoy a leisurely three to four hour trip down the Suwannee River to your final destination at Suwannee River Rendezvous Resort and Campground.

There will be live entertainment from Mean Mary and the Saltwater Cowboys from 1-8 p.m.

Your $10 donation includes entertainment and raffle for prizes. Grand prize is a Perception Prodigy 10.0 Kayak.

Canoe/kayak rentals will also be available at the check in point at the Highway 51 bridge.
