Democrat Morning Update for Thursday, March 7, 2013

Live Oak — Weather:

  • Thursday Patchy frost before 7am. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 66. Wind chill values as low as 27 early. Light northwest wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the morning.

     
  • Thursday Night Mostly clear, with a low around 35. Northwest wind around 6 mph becoming calm in the evening.

HAMILTON COUNTY:

Interstate 75 Nighttime lane closures for northbound traffic Sunday through Thursday from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. between State Road 6 (Exit 460) and the Georgia line to pave the center lane which requires two lanes closed. The speed limit is reduced to 60 mph during lane closures. No lanes are closed from 6 a.m. Friday until 8 p.m. Sunday.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY:

County Road 354 Daytime lane closures between US 27 and State Road 51 (Hal Adams Bridge) to provide pavement markings and cleanup for the new bike trail on the north and east side of the road.
