Cash advance robbery suspect still sought

Live Oak — The Suwannee County Sheriff's Office is still looking to apprehend the man that robbed a cash advance store late Monday afternoon.

The man robbed Advance America Cash Advance in the Walmart shopping plaza around 4:27 p.m., demanded money and left with an undisclosed amount of cash. The clerk told deputies he said he had a gun, but one was not displayed.

The clerk described the man as a white male, about six feet tall, wearing a navy blue plaid shirt and dark blue pants. He is believed to be between his early 40s and 50s and has gray and strawberry blonde hair. He is believed to be around 220 to 230 pounds.
