Democrat Morning Update for Thursday, March 14, 2013

Live Oak — Weather:

  • Thursday Patchy frost before 10am. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 63. Wind chill values as low as 26. North wind 6 to 11 mph.

     
  • Thursday Night Mostly clear, with a low around 34. West wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.

SUWANNEE COUNTY:

Branford Highway (State Road 247) Daytime lane closures Tuesday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. about two miles south of the Columbia County line for repaving.



Interstate 10 Daytime lane closures in the westbound direction Tuesday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. five miles east of US 129 (Exit 283) for repaving.

US 27 Daytime lane closures in the westbound direction Tuesday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. three miles west of the Columbia County line for repaving. Also, daytime lane closures between the Columbia and Lafayette County lines to repaint the roadway markings.

US 129 Daytime lane closures in the northbound direction Tuesday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Live Oak just north of Pinewood Drive for repaving.

State Road 51 Daytime lane closures Monday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. between the roundabout in Live Oak and the Lafayette County line (Hal Adams Bridge) for roadway testing.

HAMILTON COUNTY:

Interstate 75 Nighttime lane closures in the northbound direction Sunday through Thursday from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. between State Road 6 (Exit 460) and the Georgia line to pave the center lane which requires two lanes closed. The speed limit is reduced to 60 mph during lane closures.

US 129 Daytime lane closures Tuesday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for repaving at the following locations:

Just south of the Interstate 75 interchange.

Hamilton County High School entrance.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY:



US 27 Daytime lane closures between the Suwannee and Taylor County lines for repainting the roadway markings.
