1. Approve payment of invoices.
2. Approve payment of Invoice No. 197581 in the amount of $16,750.00 to Carr Allison for legal services (by Bill Graham) regarding Project Christmas.
3. Approval of annual Certification Sheet and Certification Sheets for Regulatory Reform Activities for the S.H.I.P. Annual Report for FY 2011-12.
4. Approval of annual FY 2013 State Aid to Libraries Grant agreements for Suwannee County and Regional Libraries.
5. Approval of amendment to agreement with Shine & Company for the installation of HVAC at Coliseum to incorporate Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) clause to comply with grant requirements.
6. Approval to submit application for E911 Rural County Grant Program in the amount of $5,600.00 for the Logging Recorder Warranty.
7. Approval to submit application for E911 Rural County Grant Program in the amount of $28,446.55 for the Replacement of Logging Recorder.
8. Approval to submit application for E911 Rural County Grant Program in the amount of $25,000.00 for a Supplemental ALI Database.
9. Approval to submit application for E911 State Grant Program in the amount of $28,446.55 for the Replacement of the Logging Recorder.
10. Approval to submit application for E911 State Grant Program in the amount of $25,000.00 for a Supplemental ALI Database.
11. Adoption of resolution authorizing and directing the Suwannee County Property Appraiser to make a First Certification and Extension of the 2012 Tax Roll to the Tax Collector prior to the completion of the Value Adjustment Board hearings to allow for meeting the statutory requirements of issuing tax notices.

14. At 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, consider request to waive permit fees for temporary residence associated with Tropical Storm Debby. (Barbara Swann)
15. At 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, hold first of two public hearings, to consider the acquisition of the real property that will become the Project Site; the creation of the jobs by the Project and the content of the Development Agreement, pursuant to Ch. 163.3220 – 163.3243, between Suwannee County and the Developer, whereby the Developer shall construct and operate a state of the art sawmill facility.
