Lorene Stewart 77, a Live Oak native passed away Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013 after a lengthy illness. Miss Stewart is survived by two daughters, Susan Brown of Orange Park and Cindy Barton of Toronto, Canada, Sister-Helen Dennett of Winter Springs, Fla. and Brother Leonard Stewart of Steinhatchee, Fla., 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Private family service will be help at Oak Hill Cemetary on Friday, Jan. 25 at 1 p.m.

Willie L. Washington, age 69, passed away Jan. 17, 2013 at his home, following a sudden illness.
Funeral services will be Jan. 26, 2013, at 2 p.m., at the Triumph The Church & Kingdom of God in Christ Church, with the Interment to follow in the Fort Union Cemetery.
Mr. Washington will be placed in the Church on Saturday at 12:30 p.m., to lie in state until the funeral hour. The family will begin receiving friends Friday evening from 5-7 p.m., at the Besthda Christian Center. Final rites entrusted to: Trinity Funeral Home of Perry, Inc. (850) 584-9620, Anthony M. Geneva Lee Hurst Johnson, 88, Dowling Park, Fla. passed away on Monday, Jan. 21, 2013. The Live Oak, Fla. native worked at Lakeland General Hospital, spent several years in Alaska and was a member of the Church of God. She is survived by four sons: Howard & Ann Johnson, Brooksville, Fla., Ron & Janice Johnson, McClenny, Fla., Randy & Karen Johnson, Jacksonville, Fla., Terry & Kara Johnson, Saldonta, Alaska; three sisters: Myrt Kirkland, Live Oak, Fla., Faye Barrington, Live Oak, Fla., Debbie & Carlton Deloach, Rydal, GA; sister_in_law: Lavinia Hurst, Live Oak, Fla.; one brother: Thomas & Inez Hurst, Live Oak, Fla.; eleven grandchildren and seventeen great_grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Leroy Hurst, Jr. Grave side services will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26 at Macedonia Cemetery with Rev. Fred Watson officiating.
